The Challenge
The primary challenge of this project was the limited space, both within the structure and across the compact site in downtown Traverse City. Careful planning and efficient use of every square foot were essential to delivering a successful result
Our Approach
We maintained a clean, well-organized job site through thoughtful scheduling and coordinated material deliveries. The design emphasizes an open, airy feel with light-toned finishes, cathedral ceilings in the primary kitchen and living areas, and an abundance of Marvin windows that flood the space with natural light.
